Land and buildings Classic red two-story house with child-friendly garden with fences, swings, hammock and tree house at the front of the plot. Magical sea views in two directions even from inside the house. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the garden. The house is a little high on the lot and you walk down about 20 m, to the rocks and the bridge. At the bridge there is sailboat depth and there are buoys, if you come with your own boat. You can rent a Buster XXL 2007 with a Yamaha 100 hp if you have a license. 5000 SEK / w. The excess is SEK 2500, which is paid by the customer in the event of damage. The boat is left with full tank. On the bridge is a ladder, and you can swim from the rocks too. 2 beaches are about 100 m and about 500 m away.

Bedroom and beds The house has many beds. Downstairs, a room with a double bed. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for two additional beds, a single bed and a junior bed. Another bedroom with two bunk beds and a junior bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In the hall upstairs an extra bed in sofa bed.

Kitchen and water The kitchen is well equipped and large. A charming old wood stove is eye-catching. Fridge, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooker hood. Large dining table with 6 regular seats and a smaller one with 3 seats. If you put together the tables and take the chairs from the house, you can sit 16 people in the kitchen. Chair for children.

Bathroom and laundry The house has a bathroom on the ground floor, fully tiled with toilet, sink and shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs there is a bathroom, tiled, toilet, sink and tub with shower.

Other rooms The house is spacious and has a large hall. The living room has a seating area, TV. Many board games. Upstairs is a balcony.

Other Mobile coverage is good. About 7 mil to Stockholm from Räfsnäs and about 70 minutes drive to the airport.
Here you travel for relaxation, recreation and a fantastic archipelago experience. Tjockö is a genuine archipelago island that has not been exploited and which are inhabited year-round by about 50 people. Here are nice walking paths, about 3 km, and many trails. In the forests thrive both mushrooms and berries. The cottage is also very suitable for fish lovers. Please bring your own fishing equipment. If you come here by boat are marine service station on Gräddö.

Tjockö has everything you need for a great stay. Shop in the middle of the island, 500 m from the cottage, which has food, freshly baked breads, charcuterie, mail, alcoholic beverages and pharmacy, library. Summertime open pub, the cozy restaurant next to the shop. Close to the outer islands for excursions by boat. Day trips by boat to nearby Fejan and the Lido which has nice restaurants.

Rent weekly Friday to change. You can be rent weekends during the mid and low season on request. Final cleaning can possibly be booked on request. Discount when renting more than one week: Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 15% discount. Week 4 and more = 30% discount
