Brevik-unik skärgårdsby, Herräng

Brevik is located next to the road, surrounded by a beautiful stone wall, huge lawns made for play, companionships and socializing. The three main cottages have their own patio with outdoor furniture and grills and beautiful lake views. There are two docks, one of which is where the steamer docks. The rent includes a rowboat. It is possible to rent a larger boat with a 70 hp engine. Perfect for fishing and day trips. All of Brevik breathes warmth, kindness and gives a family feel to the visitors.

The sleepy cottage
A cottage of 40 sqm with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has a dining area, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The cottage has a radio and TV with base channels. The bedroom, called the Captain's Room, is original in 1910, and has a bed that is 180 cm wide. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower, windows and is partially tiled.
The guest cottage next door, the Emil Cottage, has a single bed 105 cm, sofa, table, radiator.

The middle villa
85 sqm large villa which has a kitchen with microwave, oven, fan, small dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and window. A glass porch with two armchairs and a lovely view. The living room has a dining table for 6 people, a sea view, a bed sofa that can extend into two beds of 140 cm, a TV with basic channels and a tiled stove. The gray room has 2 single beds of 90 cm, desks and wardrobes. The yellow room has a sea view, a bed 120 cm, table and wardrobes. The loft has a sea view, double bed 180 cm, sofa / bed 90 cm, table, wardrobes.

Grandma's cottage
About 70 sqm. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fan, kettle, micro, toaster. The kitchen has underfloor heating and breakfast table with a great view. Living room with dining table for 6-10 people, fireplace, sofa, table and tv with base channels. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and window. The Blue Room has a bed 90 cm and wardrobe. The green room has 2 single beds 90 cm and wardrobe. The white room has a double bed 160 cm, chest of drawers, wardrobes, double glazed doors. Here you can enjoy the morning coffee in the bed and enjoy the view. Grandma’s cottage has a balcony with outdoor seating, fireplace.

Sheds by the sea
The “Styrbord” shed has a bed 90 cm, a folding bed, table and chair.
The “Babord” shed has a bed 90 cm, desk. Can be used as a writers den with a sea view.
The sheds have their own outside shower on the back with hot and cold water.

Sjöstugan
In Sjöstugan there is a sofa and dining table, wood burning sauna with windows facing the sea. Sjöstugan is located on the docks where you make your boat and there are bathing ladders.

Miscellaneous
It is possible to rent a motor boat Grisslan 600, WA type, steering pulp, 70 hp. 50 litres of gasoline are included. Driver's / nautical skills, i.e. Driving skills are required. Deposits corresponding to deductible are charged by tenant in advance.
The tennis court, which is a real gravel course, can possibly be rented per week on request. Requires real tennis shoes and guests bring their own racket. The track may only be used for tennis.
Mobile coverage is good. About 75 min to Arlanda and about 105 min to Stockholm.
All main houses have hot and cold water.
It has occurred that wells have dried out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be conservative with their water consumption in regard to access and environment.

Boat “Grisslan” with motor 70 hp can be booked for 7,500 kr / w 3000 kr to be refunded after the stay. In case of damage, the deposit will not be refunded.
