Land and buildings
Lovely views from the house which is situated a little high on the lot. Below lies the bridge, which is shared with the neighboring house. Here you can listen to the water and cuddle in the sun. Swimming from the dock or 150 m away on the sandy beach at the head of the bay. Patio furniture and gas grill available.

Bedrooms, beds and its distribution:
The big house has two bedrooms with double beds, 160 cm. In a guest room, which is accessible from the outside is a bunk bed. In an outbuilding is also a bunk bed with two beds.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is brand new and well equipped. Fresh with white cabinets and black tile. Ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Dining in the kitchen.

Bathrooms:
The bathroom is also completely new. Fully tiled, shower, toilet, washbasin.

Other rooms:
The bedrooms in the main house is located in the basement where it is also underfloor heating. Upstairs is the living room with large corner sofa with views through the large windows facing the sea. Large television with standard offerings. Upstairs is also the kitchen.

One bedroom is located with outside door and garden shed is just 5 feet from the main house. These rooms are just sleeping quarters.

Miscellaneous:
The water from own well is of good quality, however, you should not waste the water. Cell phone service is good. It has lovely woods to walk in. You canfind mushrooms there. 4-5 golf courses are within 4 mil. A beautiful house to hang out in, to enjoy the sea and rejuvenate. Mickrum bridge a few kilometers away has seaside restaurant and boat fuel.

House for rent weekly Saturday to change.
On request possibly even weekends in the low and mid season.
Ev sheets / towels (150 SEK / person) and final cleaning can be booked for 1300 SEK. Inquiring.

Discount for rentals of more than a week: Week 1 = full price. Week 2-3 = 15% discount. Week 4 = 30% discount.

It has occurred that wells dried out in the archipelago. We therefore urge our tenants to be careful about water consumption with regard to access and environment.
