A stunning terrace facing the bay. Well equipped house on shared grounds. Rowing boat available. Horses in the pasture some distance away. About 1.5 hours from Arlanda and about 1 h from Stockholm.

Land, buildings: The house is located in a wonderful landscape of Sorunda with meadows and fields, there is a little hight with views down to the bay. A path leads down to the water and the rowing boat. Across the bay is a wonderful sandy beach, where you then take the rowing boat. It is nice to come here with your own boat and moor at the host bridge, sailboat depth. The house is situated in a split plot, The host is about 25 m away. The house has a huge veranda facing the bay. A common gas grill is available on the site. In the immediate area there are paddocks with horses. There are also majestic eagles in the area.

Bedrooms, beds Upstairs there is a large room divided by a chimney in the middle, sloping ceiling. Here are five single beds. In the spacious kitchen there is a sofa bed with 1 bed.

Kitchen and water The kitchen is large and well equipped. An old wood stove is for burning in. The stove with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cooker hood, toaster, dishwasher. Large kitchen table. Hot and cold water from private well, good drink and good access.

Bathroom Large tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.

Other rooms The living room features a television, sofa and coffee table. Fireplace.

Other The house and grounds are family friendly, but it is by the sea and there is little difference in altitude of the plot and a staircase in the house. Mobile phone coverage is good. You can go by car, bus and private boat here. The surroundings are wonderful with beautiful meadows, fields, paddocks, very rural setting.
House for rent weekly, in the low season could possibly weekends be discussed. Saturday to change. Final cleaning is mendatory and cost 1500 SEK.
